Dominic Bridgman
Dominic is the principal of Cremyll Sailing as well as being the project manager behind the re-build of the sail training vessel “Moosk” . "I am personally committed to the development of sail training as a mean of community development. I believe sail training is one of the most successful methods for enhancing self-esteem and creating a sense of achievement through team work and adventure”.
Barbara Simi-Bridgman
Barbara is an Italian sailor who has always had a profound admiration for the UK's sailing tradition. She joined Dominic Bridgman towards the end of the Moosk's re-build and together they founded Cremyll Sailing. Barbara is a a Yachtmaster and Cruising Instructor and Cremyll Sailing's administrator.
Peter Morris
Peter is an adventurous and outgoing personality who likes working with and influencing other people. He has spent time in the Merchant Navy and the oil business but really loves to put his skills to use for the wider community and especially young people with special needs. Peter is an RYA Yachtmaster Instructor and Cremyll Sailing's business manager.
Robert Shaw
Robert is a lively individual with a love of sailing he wishes to share with everyone. Recently introduced to sail training, he was amazed at the influence it has on the lives of so many young people. Rob has worked as a professional yachtsman in various countries but plans now to make sail training his career. Rob is a Yachtmaster and Cruising Instructor.
Esta Keen
Esta is a gregarious and fun loving person who is inspired by and passionate about Sail Training and traditional wooden boats. Having been involved in the sail training industry for the past three years, she is very excited to join the Cremyll Sailing Team and continue her sailing career. Esta is a Yachtmaster and Cruising Instructor.
