Terms & Conditions
- The vessels operated by Cremyll Sailing shall be coded in
accordance to the MCA (Maritime & Coastguard Agency) regulations
and shall have been maintained in code.
- All vessels operated by Cremyll Sailing shall have on board
one qualified skipper and where total crew numbers exceed five a
qualified mate.
- Every person sailing with Cremyll Sailing is expected to
take a full part in the sailing of the relevant vessel. No
previous experience is required.
- Fees include all meals on board. They do not include meals
taken on land. Nor do they include travel to and from the
vessel. Fees may be altered from time to time on confirmation of
availability. Brochures prices may otherwise be altered from
time to time.
- Joining instructions will be sent at least seven days before
the date of joining and will specify the date, time and place of
joining.
- It shall be the responsibility of including crew to inform
Cremyll Sailing:
if they have been in contact with any
infectious disease
- if they are under any medical treatments
with drugs
- if they have any special dietary
requirements.
- Cremyll Sailing reserves the right in such case to
refuse the booking and if it is so refused will return any
deposit or other monies paid.
- Where the person sailing with Cremyll Sailing is under the
age of eighteen the written permission of a parent or guardian
is required and such permission must be received with the
deposit. Cremyll Sailing cannot be responsible for crew under
eighteen when off board.
- No person may bring alcoholic liquors on board the vessel.
No person may bring or use aboard any drugs whose possession is
punishable by law. Any breach of these rules may lead to the
offending person being required to leave the vessel and no
return of fee in that event shall be expected.
- While every effort will be made to adhere to any
advertise programme Cremyll Sailing does not accept
responsibility for any changes and in particular changes caused
by adverse weather. Every attempt will be made to substitute an
interesting alternative voyage.
- Cremyll Sailing is the trading name of EISCA (Eyemouth
International Sailing Craft Association), a charitable company
limited by guarantee, registered charity number SC034663. VAT is
payable whilst applicable. EISCA carries insurance for employee
liability and Marine Third party & Passenger Liability cover
for an indemnity limit of £3,000,000 per occurrence/event per
each vessel.
